Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 75 g sugar
- 150 g hazelnuts, ground
- 1 egg(s)
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 250 g flour
- 400 g chocolate coating (nougat)

Make a dough from the ingredients. Roll out the dough in small batches and cut out small round cookies (it works best if you refrigerate the dough for a while beforehand). Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 160°C for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool on a wire rack. Melt the nougat coating in a water bath. Place a generous dollop on one round cookie and place a second one on top. Return to a wire rack until the nougat is dry.
