Nougat cream – dessert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g nougat
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 20 g pudding powder, vanilla flavor
  • 375 ml whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the nougat into small cubes and, in a saucepan, combine the milk with the butter, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla pudding powder, and nougat. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, then remove the pan from the heat and let the nougat cool. Meanwhile, whip the cream until stiff peaks form and chill. Gently fold the cream into the cooled nougat mixture, transfer to a piping bag, and divide between glasses. Refrigerate for about 1 hour to set. Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
