Nougat Ice Cream
The perfect nougat ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Cream
- 150 g Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp Nutella
- Beat the cream three-quarters thick with powdered sugar. Add yoghurt and Nutella or similar cream and continue beating until all the ingredients are well mixed and a cream that is no longer runny has formed. Pour into a freezer and stir briefly after 30/60/90 minutes.
