Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g sugar
  • 500 ml milk
  • 200 ml spirit, 96% (pharmacy)
  • 150 g nougat (nut nougat), dark
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 2 eggs, including the yolk
  • 250 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Bring the milk, sugar, and cinnamon stick to a boil, then dissolve the chopped nougat and chocolate in it. Whisk the two egg yolks with 2 tablespoons of sugar, stir in a ladleful of hot nougat milk, and add it to the remaining milk. Once everything has cooled slightly, stir in the cream. Once completely cooled, add the spirit. Strain through a sieve and bottle. Do not refrigerate, or the liqueur will become too thick.
