Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 3 eggs (separated)
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 50 g semolina
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 1 lemon(s)
- 1 dashes sweetener (liquid)
- 500 g cherries
- 20 g almond(s) (peeled)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Whisk the margarine until smooth. Gradually stir in the egg yolks, then stir the vanilla sugar, semolina, quark, and lemon juice into the egg yolk mixture. Season to taste. Rinse the cherries, pat dry, and pit them, or drain thoroughly and pat dry with kitchen towels. Stir the cherries into the quark mixture. Beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully fold in. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
