Nougat – pudding
- 200 Milliliters Milk
- 50 g Whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 50 g Nougat
- 50 Milliliters Milk
- 2 tablespoon Food starch
with caramel sauce
- 50 g Sugar
- 20 g Butter
- 30 g Whipped cream
- 1 pinch Salt
… roasted almonds and banana
- 2 tablespoon Chopped almonds
- 1 Banana fresh
Nougat – pudding
- Heat the milk with the cream and sugar. Cut the nougat into pieces and let it melt in the hot milk. Mix the cornstarch with the milk until smooth. Stir into the nougat milk. Bring to the boil briefly while stirring. Remove from heat and pour into cold-rinsed pudding molds. Let cool down a bit and put in the fridge.
and caramel sauce
- Caramelize the sugar in a pan over medium heat. Stir in butter and let it melt. Take the pan off the stove. Gradually pour in the cream, stirring constantly. Stir in the salt. Let the caramel sauce cool down at room temperature.
