Asparagus-ham Pizza with Cauliflower Base
The perfect asparagus-ham pizza with cauliflower base recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Cauliflower fresh
- 150 g Grated cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Iglo 8 herbs
- Finely crumble cauliflower with your hand or a knife, do not have to process it should remain crumbly.
- Mix well with the rest of the ingredients. And season the dough with pepper, oregano and herbs.
- Line a springform pan with baking paper and spread thinly with the dough.
- At 180C circulating air approx. 15-20min. pre-bake until it is golden brown and firm but not hard (mine was too short :-p)
- Then take it out and cover it as desired. I had some roux as a base (hollondaise sauce also works), then ham, pieces of asparagus (pre-cooked), pineapple and finally grated cheese.
- Then bake again until the ingredients are cooked through.
- Of course, you can also top the pizza completely differently ;-). Bon appetit!
