Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g nougat, firm to slice
- 150 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp margarine or butter
- 10 g sugar
- 1 shot of oil

for cupcakes and cakes
Melt the nougat in a double boiler until a viscous mixture forms. Combine the cream cheese, sugar, oil, and margarine in a bowl. Add the nougat and beat until fluffy. Refrigerate the mixture for about half an hour. If it’s still too runny, simply add more cream cheese or a little more cream and mix. The mixture is now ready and can be used to decorate cakes, cupcakes, etc. Tip: You can also add fruit or nuts, or use them for decoration at the end.
