Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g almond sticks
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 300 ml egg liqueur
  • 1 can mixed fruits
  • ½ pack of ladyfingers
  • some lemon juice

Toast the almond slivers in a dry pan until golden brown. Combine the quark, sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice. Whisk the cream until stiff and fold into the quark mixture. Crumble the sponge fingers. Drain the fruit. Take a glass bowl and layer the mixture alternately as follows: quark – fruit – sponge cake – eggnog – quark – fruit – sponge cake – eggnog. Finally, sprinkle the toasted almonds on top and let it sit in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
