Colorful minced vegetables pot

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 250 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 pack of diced tomatoes
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 200 g cauliflower
  • 100 g peas, frozen
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Thyme

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean and quarter the mushrooms. Clean and roughly dice the bell peppers. Peel and finely dice the garlic cloves. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the mushrooms, diced bell peppers, and garlic and fry, stirring occasionally. Add the diced tomatoes and simmer gently. Cook the broccoli, cauliflower, and peas in boiling water, drain, and add to the minced meat. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
