  • 300 g Flour
  • 200 g Ground hazelnuts
  • 150 g Sugar white
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 200 g Cold butter
  • 100 g Hazelnut couverture
  1. Put the butter, the sugar, the vanilla sugar, the flour, the hazelnuts and the egg in a mixing bowl and make a kneading dough. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap in foil and chill for about 30 minutes.
  2. Roll out the cold dough thinly on a floured work surface and cut out cookies. Place the cookies on baking sheets lined with baking paper.
  3. Place the baking trays one by one in the oven preheated to 175 degrees (top – bottom heat) and bake for about 15 minutes. After the baking time, take it out of the oven and let it cool down on the baking tray.
  4. Melt the couverture and use it to decorate the cooled cookies. Now chill again until the couverture has hardened again.
