Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 25 g yeast
  • 125 g milk
  • 60 g butter
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 50 g sugar
  • 40 g breadcrumbs
  • 124 ml milk
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

For the dough, combine all ingredients into a smooth dough and let it rise, covered, for about 20 minutes. For the filling, combine all ingredients in a bowl. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (approx. 30×20 cm). Spread the nut filling on top and roll up the dough. Divide it in half and twist the two ends together. Place in a greased loaf pan, cover, and let it rise. Bake at 190°C for about 30-40 minutes.
