Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 packs of puff pastry, fresh from the refrigerated section
- 400 g leaf spinach, frozen
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- 8 small tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- 2 egg yolks
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Fast food
Thaw the spinach and squeeze dry. Roll out the puff pastry, cover with the spinach, and season with salt and pepper. Dice the tomatoes and feta and arrange them on top. Roll up the puff pastry and place the roll seam-down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with egg yolk and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Serve with a green salad. Tip: If you like, you can also slice the roll before baking and bake until golden brown.
