Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g almond(s), ground
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
- 300 g flour
- 50 g brittle, hazelnut
- 50 g nuts, sliced, of your choice
- 10 g grated chocolate of your choice
- 150 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 300 g butter, soft
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
approx. 80 pieces, addictive, you can’t stop!
Quickly knead all ingredients and let rest in the refrigerator. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and shape it into a log. Cut approximately 3 cm thick slices from this and form a ball. Place the balls on the work surface and flatten with a fork to create a pattern. Place the unbaked cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 15 minutes. Please note: Let the cookies cool completely, otherwise they will crumble and break!
