Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 egg whites
- 185 g sugar
- e.g. cinnamon
- 125 g nuts, ground (hazelnuts, walnuts)
- Wafers (round baking wafers)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Lightly fold in the sugar, cinnamon, and nuts. Place small mounds on the wafers. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (electric) or gas mark 1 for about 30 minutes.
