Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 egg whites
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 300 g hazelnuts, ground
- Wafers, small round
- Hazelnuts, whole
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Stir in the powdered sugar and lemon juice, then fold in the hazelnuts. Place walnut-sized mounds on the wafers and press a whole hazelnut onto each macaroon. Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 15-20 minutes.
