Nut Macaroons

  • 2 Msp Cinammon
  • 350 g Ground nuts hazelnuts or almonds
  • 40 Baking wafers
  1. Preheat the Bach oven to approx. 175 ° C
  1. Beat egg whites very stiff (knife cut test)
  1. Mix in sugar with vanilla and cinnamon in tablespoonfuls.
