Nut Macaroons

- 3 Protein
- 250 g Sugar or powdered sugar
- 1 Vanilla sugar
- 2 Msp Cinammon
- 350 g Ground nuts hazelnuts or almonds
- 40 Baking wafers
- Preheat the Bach oven to approx. 175 ° C
- Beat egg whites very stiff (knife cut test)
- Mix in sugar with vanilla and cinnamon in tablespoonfuls.
- Slowly fold the nuts under the egg whites
- Use two spoons to put small piles of dough on wafers.
- Bake in the oven on the middle rack for about 12 minutes. Until macaroons are lightly browned.
