Nut-nougat pralines

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g chocolate coating, dark or milk chocolate
  • 100 g nougat (nut nougat)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

quick to make and delicious, makes about 18 pieces

Makes 18 pieces. Melt the chocolate coating in a water bath. Fill silicone ice cube trays (these work best, as the chocolate then slides out easily) or regular heart-shaped ice cube trays, etc., about one-third full with the melted chocolate. Place the trays in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set. Then melt the nougat in the same way and pour it onto the chocolate. The chocolate should be slightly set, otherwise the nougat will mix with the chocolate! Then place the trays back in the refrigerator for a short time. Pour the remaining chocolate coating into the trays as a coating, allowing it to melt slightly first if necessary. Chill for about 1 hour, then carefully press out of the trays.
