- 125 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 70 g oat flakes
- 80 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder

quick and super tasty
Cream the butter, sugar, and egg until fluffy. Add the chopped nuts, oats, flour, and baking powder and stir in. Spread the batter about 1 cm thick onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 15 minutes. Cut into wedges or strips while still lukewarm.
