Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 tangerine or orange
- 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
- 1 star anise
- 1 tsp cardamom pod(s)
- 1 tsp peppercorns, black
- 1 tsp cloves
- 2 tsp tea of your choice
- e.g. honey, brown or
- Sugar, brown sugar or stevia leaves
- 1 liter of boiling water

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
without artificial flavors
Simply slice an orange or tangerine and place it in a teapot with the crushed cardamom pods and the remaining spices. For a calorie-free sweetener, add a few stevia leaves. Then pour over a liter of boiling water and let it steep for about 5-10 minutes. You have a spicy and warming tea. You can prepare it with rooibos, green, black, fruit, or tulsi tea, depending on your mood and taste. If you’ve tried other varieties, please let us know!
