Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tangerine or orange
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 tsp cardamom pod(s)
  • 1 tsp peppercorns, black
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 2 tsp tea of ​​your choice
  • e.g. honey, brown or

  • 1 liter of boiling water

Simply slice an orange or tangerine and place it in a teapot with the crushed cardamom pods and the remaining spices. For a calorie-free sweetener, add a few stevia leaves. Then pour over a liter of boiling water and let it steep for about 5-10 minutes. You have a spicy and warming tea.
