Delicious yeast pastry with nuts for two loaf pans

For the dough, sift flour into a bowl, add the remaining ingredients, and knead everything in a food processor for 12 minutes until the dough is smooth and glossy. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise at room temperature for about 1 hour. In the meantime, mix the nuts with the sugar, honey, breadcrumbs, and eggs, adding a little water until spreadable. Grease and flour two loaf pans. Divide the risen dough in half. Roll one half into a rectangle (approx. 50 x 30 cm), spread with half the nut filling, and roll up. Divide the roll in half lengthwise, intertwine the two pieces, and place in the loaf pan. Repeat with the other half. Let rise in the pan for another 40 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes. In the meantime, bring the jam to a boil. Turn the finished Striezel out of the pan onto a wire rack and spread with the jam. Mix icing sugar with lemon juice or water and spread it on the Striezel.
