Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 75 g nuts, ground
  • 1 tbsp rum or milk
  • n. B. bitter almond aroma
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whisk the fat and sugar until fluffy, add the spices, then the eggs and nuts, one after the other. Then add the liquid and the flour sifted with the baking powder. Bake the batter in the waffle iron. Then dust with sifted powdered sugar. Delicious hot or cold.
