Nutella banana cookies with oat flakes

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 180 g sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 120 g butter or margarine
  • 2 large bananas, ripe
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 g oat flakes
  • 80 g nut nougat cream, e.g. B. Nutella

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

for approx. 20 pieces

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the butter in small pieces and mix with your fingers or a fork. Add the mashed bananas and egg and mix well. Fold in the oats. Add the hazelnut spread with a small spoon. Don’t overmix the spread; you should still be able to see the streaks. Using a tablespoon, drop small amounts of batter onto a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Don’t place the batter too close together, as it will still spread slightly. Bake the cookies in the hot oven for about 10-12 minutes. The edges should be crispy, but not burnt. Cool the cookies completely on a wire rack before transferring them to a container for storage. Important: The cookies have a soft texture. This amount of batter makes about 20 cookies.
