Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 bag(s) of chocolate pudding powder
- 1 tsp baking cocoa
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g sugar
- 70 g raw cane sugar
- 90 g dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp plant-based drink
- 1 tbsp applesauce
- 250 g margarine, cold

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Combine the dry ingredients, chop the chocolate, and mix in. Mix the applesauce with the plant-based milk. Add the margarine in small pieces to the flour mixture. Add the applesauce and plant-based milk and knead the dough. Form the dough into small balls, flatten them slightly, and place them on a baking sheet. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15-20 minutes. These ingredients are sufficient for approximately 40 cookies.
