Nutella cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter or margarine
  • 250 g sugar
  • 4 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 375 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 4 tbsp Nutella

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Combine all ingredients except the Nutella in a mixing bowl. Stir until a dough forms. Then add the Nutella. The dough should be light brown. Pour the dough into a greased springform pan. Bake at 180°C for about 50 minutes (baking time depends on the oven). Do the skewer test. There should be no sticky dough.
