Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g sugar
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 125 g hazelnuts
  • 20 g baking cocoa
  • 200 g flour
  • 150 g milk chocolate
  • 150g Nutella
  • 500 g double cream cheese (Philadelphia)
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g butter, cold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes

For the base, mix together 50g sugar, softened butter, 25g hazelnuts, cocoa powder and 100g flour. Pour the dough into a springform pan lined with baking paper and press it down firmly. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and in the meantime prepare the filling. Melt the milk chocolate in the microwave and mix with the cream cheese, Nutella, 100g sugar and the eggs until creamy. Spread the cream on the base and spread it out evenly. For the crumble, mix the cold butter with 100g flour, 100g hazelnuts and 100g sugar to make crumbles and spread these over the filling. Bake for 1 hour at 180°C (top/bottom heat). Allow to cool in the pan and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
