Nutella crepes

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 125 g flour
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 150 g Nutella, room temperature
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • e.g. fruits or Nutella to top the crêpes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick and easy

Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter, adding the Nutella last. Heat the oil in a pan. Pour the batter into the center of the pan using a ladle and spread it thinly. Turn after about 30 seconds, depending on the thickness of the crêpe. Keep the finished crêpes warm, for example, place them on a plate and cover with a clean towel. Repeat this process until all the batter is used up. Finally, spread the warm crêpes with Nutella if desired or fill them with fruit, such as strawberries. They taste best when warm. Finished crêpes can also be reheated in the microwave for 5 seconds at 600 watts. Don’t heat it too long or too hot, or the crêpe will dry out. The batter is enough for about 12 crêpes.
