This recipe not only tastes incredibly delicious but also enchants with its appearance

Place the lukewarm milk, yeast, and powdered sugar in a large bowl, mix, and let rise for 2-3 minutes. Add the flour and oil and mix everything together. Cover the dough and let rise for about 1 hour. Then knead again, divide into 4 equal pieces, and shape into balls. Roll out the balls one by one to a diameter of about 26 cm. Place the first piece of dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread the Nutella over it. Place the second piece of dough on top and spread with Nutella again. Continue in this order until no dough is left. Leave the last layer of dough free of Nutella. Cut the dough into pizza shapes. Place a glass in the center and score the dough like pizza slices. Finally, cut the resulting triangles in half. Remove the glass. Take one triangle at a time and twist them outwards twice, each in opposite directions, and glue the ends together firmly. This creates the beautiful floral or star pattern. Cover the Nutella flower and let it rise for 15 minutes. Then, whisk the egg yolk with the milk and spread it on the Nutella flower. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
