Nutella rodon cake à la Didi

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 230 g sugar
  • 250 g butter, room temperature
  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 150g Nutella
  • 1 bottle of bitter almond flavor
  • Butter for the mold
  • e.g. cake icing

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Cream the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs and Nutella. Mix the flour with the baking powder. Add the milk and bitter almond extract. Add the flour and stir the batter for 5 minutes. Grease a Bundt cake pan with butter and fill with the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for 60 minutes (use the toothpick test to determine the temperature in your oven). Let cool briefly in the pan and turn out. Finally, melt the cake glaze according to the package instructions and glaze the cake with it.
