Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 eggs, separated
  • 300 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ⅛ liter of oil
  • ⅛ liter of lukewarm water
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 liter cake cream (patisserie cream), tetra pack
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 6 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp Nutella
  • n. B. Chocolate for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 6 hours

Dough: Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the icing sugar, egg yolks, and vanilla sugar until frothy. First stir in the oil, then the lukewarm water. Stir in the cocoa. Fold in the flour and egg whites. Spread the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 160°C for about 40 minutes. Cream: Mix the pastry cream vigorously for 1 minute. Stir in the cream stiffener and icing sugar. Stir the cream until stiff. Divide the cream. Mix one half with Nutella. Spread the Nutella cream on the cooled cake. Spread the white cream on top. Sprinkle the cake with chocolate flakes or grated chocolate and refrigerate for about 5 hours.
