Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 150 g flour
- ⅛ liter of water
- ⅛ liter of oil
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 5 packs of cream stiffener, 1 liter of patisserie cream
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp Nutella
- 1 pack of chocolate coating or chocolate glaze
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 7 hours
Base: Separate the eggs. Beat the egg white with half the sugar until stiff peaks form. Mix the remaining sugar well with the egg yolks. Add the vanilla sugar, cocoa, water, and oil to the egg yolk mixture. Finally, mix the flour with the baking powder, fold into the egg yolk mixture, and carefully add the egg whites. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Cream: Beat the first half of the pastry cream with 2.5 sachets of cream stiffener and 3 sachets of vanilla sugar. Beat the second half with Nutella and the remaining cream stiffener. Carefully spread on the base. Sprinkle with chocolate glaze.
