Nutella cookies

Remove the Nutella from the refrigerator 1 hour before preparation. For the dough: Beat the Nutella and egg with a whisk until the mixture is shiny. Add the sifted flour and mix until smooth. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes. Then, using your hands, form small chocolates, each weighing about 15g. Once all the chocolates are on the baking sheet, use your fingers or the handle of a wooden spoon to make small indentations in the balls. For the filling: Fill the softened Nutella into a piping bag and pipe small rosettes into the indentations. Decorate with the hazelnuts and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes at 170°C (top/bottom heat), or 8 minutes at 150°C (fan oven). Let cool and enjoy. The cookies also taste great with other nuts, such as pistachios or almonds.
