Nuts seasoned with rosemary

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g cashew nuts, walnuts or pecans (or mixed)
  • 3 tbsp rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Party snack

Spread the nuts on a baking sheet and roast in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the rosemary, cayenne pepper, sugar, salt, and butter in a large bowl, then stir in the warm nuts. Serve while still warm, if possible.
