Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g margarine, e.g. Alsan
  • 100 ml agave syrup
  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g ground almonds or ground hazelnuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Whisk the margarine until fluffy, then add the agave syrup and stir well. Sprinkle in the flour and ground nuts and continue stirring. Chop the chocolate into small pieces (or use grated chocolate) and fold it into the batter. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and, using a spoon, drop mounds of batter onto the baking sheet. Keep plenty of space between them, as they will spread slightly. Bake at 180°C (fan oven) for about 15 minutes.
