Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 kohlrabi
  • 5 carrots
  • 50 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fruit vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and finely grate the kohlrabi and carrots. Mix with the hazelnuts. Combine the fruit vinegar, honey, salt, pepper, and oil in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Then combine with the kohlrabi and carrot mixture.
