Oak leaf salad with buttermilk-tarragon-mustard dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ head of oak leaf lettuce
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 100 ml buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp tarragon, freshly chopped
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Trim and wash the oak leaf lettuce. If you like, you can also roast the sunflower seeds. Mix together the dressing. First, place the lettuce on plates or in bowls. Then pour the dressing over the lettuce and sprinkle the sunflower seeds on top.
