Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ head of lettuce
- ½ jar celery or fresh, cooked, cut into julienne strips
- 100 ml buttermilk
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 2 tbsp chives
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Trim and wash the lettuce. Drain the celery, adding water if necessary. Mix the dressing and season to taste. Arrange the lettuce on plates or in bowls. Arrange the celery on top of the lettuce and drizzle with the dressing.
