Oat and Blueberry Muffins with Honey

The perfect oat and blueberry muffins with honey recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Spelled flour type 630
  • 80 g Crushed nut’s
  • 80 g Fine oat flakes
  • 2 tsp Tartar baking powder
  • 1 tsp Food atron
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 120 g Honey
  • 50 ml Frying oil
  • 170 g Buttermilk
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 150 g Blueberries frozen
  1. Mix all liquid ingredients. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and stir briefly into the liquid mixture. Spread the batter on prepared muffin cases and spread a few blueberries on each one and press lightly into the batter.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees top / bottom heat for about 22 – 25 minutes until golden yellow.
