With the sweetness of fruits

Gently heat all ingredients in a saucepan until the frozen berries are hot. Ideally, the jam/fruit spread should only boil briefly. Then purée the mixture finely and pour into boiled preserving jars while it’s still hot. Once cooled, store the fruit spread in the refrigerator. I like to use it as a spread on bread or for Christmas cookies. You can find more recipes that use the sweetness of fruit on my profile.
