Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 12 g fresh yeast (or 1 1/4 tsp dry yeast)
  • 560 g ground oats
  • 35 g oat flakes
  • 35 g oat or wheat bran
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed or psyllium husk
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp honey (or agave syrup)
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil (or safflower oil)
  • 335 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whole foods, tasty and full of energy

Add ingredients according to BBA instructions. Tip: To prevent the bread from becoming crumbly, you can add 2 tablespoons of quark. BBA setting: Normal
