Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 12 g fresh yeast (or 1 1/4 tsp dry yeast)
- 560 g ground oats
- 35 g oat flakes
- 35 g oat or wheat bran
- 2 tbsp flaxseed or psyllium husk
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp honey (or agave syrup)
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil (or safflower oil)
- 335 ml water
