Oat cookies with chocolate

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g oat flakes, fine
  • 190 g flour
  • 40 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g sugar
  • 180 g chocolate drops, baking-proof
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 2 eggs, size M
  • 5 g baking soda
  • 50 ml condensed milk, 4%

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 13 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes

and sunflower seeds, approx. 30 pieces

First, mix the oats, sunflower seeds, and chocolate chips in a small bowl and set aside. Then, combine the flour and baking soda. Cream the butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy, so the sugar no longer crunches, then stir in the eggs. Add the flour/baking soda mixture to the wet ingredients and mix. Then, stir in the oat mixture. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) and place 2 teaspoons of dough balls on top, leaving some space between each one, and bake for about 13 minutes. Add honey and cinnamon, if desired.
