Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g chocolate coating, whole milk
  • 10 g butter
  • 60 g almond(s), chopped
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 60 g oat flakes, crispy

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 40 minutes

Melt the milk chocolate coating in a double boiler. Toast the butter, almonds, and vanilla sugar in a pan until golden brown, then let cool slightly. Place the oat flakes in a freezer bag and crush them with a paper towel. Mix all ingredients with the melted chocolate. Using two teaspoons, place small mounds on aluminum foil and let them dry for a few hours.
