Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g oat flakes
- 200 g spelt flakes
- 2 tbsp tiger nut(s), ground
- 150 g apple sweetener
- 130 g oil (Alba oil)
- 1 vanilla pod(s)
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
- 1 pinch of Himalayan salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 5 hours 40 minutes

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 5 hours. Then line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a teaspoon, form small round cookies onto the sheet. Bake in the oven at 170°C (convection oven) for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Flakes can also be made fresh from grains using a Flick flake press.
