Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g oat flakes
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 50 ml water
- some salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours

In a bowl, mix the oats with the sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and a pinch of salt. Add the water and let the seed mixture soak for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Spread about 8 evenly sized seed crackers on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Turn the crackers over and bake for another 15 minutes. Then let them cool. Serve with delicious dips.
