Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 125 g margarine
  • 100 g cane sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), including the pulp
  • 250 g spelt flour, light
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 175 g wholegrain oat flakes or
  • 100 g cranberries, roughly chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 42 minutes

Mix the softened butter with the margarine, sugar, and vanilla seeds. Combine the flour with the baking powder and salt and add to the oats. Finally, add the cranberries. Mix everything together. Place approximately walnut-sized dough balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and flatten slightly. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (convection oven) for approximately 10-12 minutes. Variation: Add 100g of dark chocolate chips.
