Oatmeal Banana Diet Cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 180 g banana(s), mashed
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp, heaped cinnamon
  • 300 g oat flakes
  • 20 g raisins or other dried fruits

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Mix the egg yolks with the bananas until fluffy. Then add the baking powder and cinnamon to the batter. Fold in the egg whites, followed by the oats and raisins. Line a baking sheet with baking paper or butter and place the dough in the desired size onto the sheet. The number of sheets you need depends on the size of the cookies. Place the sheets in the oven and bake for 15 to 25 minutes, depending on how moist or dry you like your cookies.
