Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g margarine or butter
- 100 g white sugar
- 50 g brown sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 250 g oat flakes
- 1 tbsp, heaped cocoa powder
- 1 tsp, leveled cinnamon powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Mix the butter with the sugar, then add the vanilla sugar and egg. Combine the oats with the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and cinnamon and add. Mix everything well. Form the mixture into small balls and press them lightly onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat).
