Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g oat flakes
- 200 g butter
- 180 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 3 tbsp mineral water
- 100 g desiccated coconut
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Melt the butter in the microwave and let it cool slightly. Combine the oats with the sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, baking powder, and coconut flakes in a bowl. Then, using a hand mixer, stir in the melted butter, egg, and 3-5 tablespoons of mineral water. Drop small portions of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 5 cm of space between each one, and bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
