Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g nuts, ground
  • 150 g oat flakes, fine
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the ingredients. Form small balls, arrange them on the baking sheet, and flatten them slightly with a fork. Bake at 180°C (170°C fan/gas mark 2) for 10-15 minutes.
