Spaghetti salad with ham and leek

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 3 stalk(s) leeks
  • 6 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Chinese spice mix
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the noodles. Slice the leek into rings and wash. Cut the ham into small cubes. Prepare the marinade from soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Chinese seasoning, vinegar, salt, and sugar. Mix in the leek and ham. Add the cooled noodles and mix everything together. The salad can be prepared a day in advance.
